I am Rashanai Walfall, and I'm an Art Student at Manchester Northenden College, and to be honest I never knew I had a passion for art and I view myself as a Rookie of art and I'm still learning more about the methods and techniques in the world of art. For my project I created a pieces of art work that showed how a boxer can overcome adversity. Boxing is a passion of mine since I was young and i feel boxing can show you how to confront adversity in your life.

I like still life, I am a quiet patient person. I like oil pastels and making stuff with wire and glue. I like watching paint move in the glue its relaxing and I can feel it. The Project I am currently making is based on still life using one of my favourite techniques continuous line.
 

Duran Higgins

My skills are building and creating I can draw and paint but I really enjoy Origami. I love basketball and my project research shows how sportsmen overcome adversity.
My strengths have been developing throughout each unit. For example, I made two thaumatrope, themed on basketball because it is what I enjoy the most.

I enjoy art and design I love making models. I like steam punk and computer art. I like realism and I am going to study environmental art and conceptual art. I like to create make and enjoy my art.
