Art for Change Tim Noble and Sue Webster are London-based artists whose work combines assemblage, light, shadow and humor. They combine lots  of objects and debris into works of art. At first glance, we see jumbled piles of trash, the familiar by-products of a throw-away society. The piles evoke the aftermath of a binge, the hangover from a party that went on too long. We soon discover, however, that the piles are in fact precise constructions that cast crisp shadows under directed light.

Google Doodles
Since 1998, Google has used its homepage to host an invariably iventive 'doodle'.
The Google Doodle actually began its life as a humorous out-of-office message for the company’s co-founders, Sergey Brin and Larry Page. To let everyone know they had gone to the Burning Man festival, they placed the festival’s icon behind the second ‘o’ on their own company’s logo.

Doodles to Illustration

Fred Blunt  never wanted to be an astronaut or drive a train when he grew up. Right from the beginning he knew he wanted to draw silly pictures for a living. Some decades later, he’s living the dream! Fred has worked on all manner of projects, including editorial, advertising and designing animations for the BBC. He now works mostly in children’s books, including his own Captain Falsebeard and the Knightmare series with Peter Bently.
